About Awaka

Awaka Green is a New York native, born in Brooklyn and raised in both Brooklyn and the Bronx. After settling in Miami for eight years where she enjoyed being signed to Model Agency Wilhelmina as a successfully Hair and Makeup Artist, Awaka and her husband traveled North with their first son to be closer to family. While still working as a Hair and Makeup Artist, Awaka and her husband purchased their first multi family investment property. After designing and renovating their investment property, adding an additional bedroom and bathroom and over 1,000 sq ft of outdoor entertainment space; Awaka decided to combine her talents offering her expertise to future property owners. Awaka's business is built on communication, dedication, and transparency. She is committed to providing her clients with the professional services she knows is necessary to navigate the sale or purchase of real estate in New Jersey. When she isn't helping people find their dream home, Awaka can be found doing Pilates, cooking for family and friends and setting up play dates for her two small sons.
