She attended Simmon's College and graduated from Upsala College with a degree in Art History. She is a licensed real estate broker. Eilene has consistently qualified for Burgdorff ERA Leader's Circle, the President's Council in 2000 and the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club on the Bronze (1983,1985,1987,1991-'96, '98-'99, 2001), Silver (1997) and Gold (2000) levels.
