I have been a Realtor in the Lake Sunapee Region since 1989. I love helping people in the many aspects of buying and selling homes. First time homebuyers are my favorite! I love the "happy" that goes along with homeownership for a young adult, they have worked hard and now have something BIG to show for it. Moving families around town as they grow out of the initial home into a family home is also very EXCITING for all involved. Second home and waterfront sales allow me to share the natural beauty of the Lake Sunapee region which no one can ever take away from us, we are just lucky to live here!
