The most important qualities of a real estate agent are experience, knowledge, and attention to detail. I have been a full-time real estate agent in Minot since 1986. Real estate is, and has been, my one and only career. I have owned and managed several real estate companies over the years, I know why transactions close successfully, and I know why transactions fail. I can recognize and resolve potential hurdles before they appear. Put my experience and knowledge to work for you. I will guide you through the process, help you manage all the details, and ensure your real estate experience is a good one. My wife Lesley and I have raised 5 wonderful children. The three oldest are grown and now beginning their own life adventures, the two youngest are now attending college at UND in Grand Forks, ND. Minot is a wonderful place to raise a family, and we take advantage of all the area has to offer. We enjoy camping at many of the beautiful North Dakota State Parks and golfing at each of Minot's three challenging 18 hole courses. With Fall comes hunting season, and this region provides many different opportunities. From plentiful pheasant, duck, and geese, to the larger deer and even limited elk and moose.
