My name is Cameron Bolinske, and I’m proud to call Minot, North Dakota home. Born and raised here, I’ve developed a deep connection to the community and a genuine understanding of what makes this area such a great place to live. That local knowledge is something I carry into my work every day, helping clients feel confident and informed whether they’re buying their first home, upgrading, or selling. Growing up, I spent much of my time on the soccer field. Playing the sport for 20 years competitively taught me discipline, teamwork, and how to stay focused under pressure, skills that translate directly into real estate. Whether it’s navigating a competitive market or working through the details of a transaction, I bring that same level of commitment and drive to every client I work with. Real estate isn’t something I fell into. It’s something I’ve been looking forward to for a long time. Since I was 11 years old, it’s been a personal goal of mine to build a career in this industry. That early passion has shaped the way I approach my business today. I don’t take the responsibility lightly; I genuinely enjoy helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, where I continued to build the foundation for my professional career. Throughout my education and experiences, I’ve developed a strong attention to detail and a high level of organization, two qualities that are essential in real estate. From managing timelines to keeping communication clear and consistent, I make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Clients who work with me can expect someone who is reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. I believe in being straightforward, keeping things simple, and always putting my clients’ best interests first. At the same time, I bring energy and enthusiasm to the process, making sure my clients feel supported from start to finish. At the end of the day, my goal is to build lasting relationships, not just close transactions.
