About Rich

My love of real estate began in 1994 with the purchase of a few rental properties while I was still living on Long Island, NY. Soon after, I obtained my NY Real Estate license. In 2006, my wife and I decided to make a move with our two young children to Wake Forest, NC (just north of Raleigh). I started a small handyman business and did repairs for clients of many real estate brokers. After several years, I decided it was time to obtain my NC real estate license, since I missed assisting others making key decisions to purchase or sell their homes. After living and raising our children in Wake Forest and visiting the coast for 10 years, my wife and I decided it was time to move to this area. We loved the area we lived in, but we knew we needed to be by the beach once again. It felt like the right thing to do since we lived close to the beach on Long Island for most of our lives. We definitely made the right decision because we love the weather, lifestyle, and communities that Leland, Wilmington, and the surrounding areas have to offer!
