Hi, I’m Nicola! Originally from Scotland, half Australian, and married to a proud Pittsburgher, I’ve been lucky to call beautiful Western North Carolina home for nearly five years now. Friendly, down-to-earth, and a big animal lover, I’ve always been passionate about helping people (and their furry friends!) feel at home. Before I got into real estate, I worked in recruitment, helping people find jobs they loved. I also spent my spare time fostering abandoned dogs and finding them new families. That experience really shaped how I work—I love helping people figure out what makes them happy and then helping them go after it. These days, I use that same energy and care to help people find the right home, the right land, or the right investment. Whether you’re looking for wide open spaces, mountain views, a fixer-upper, or your forever home, I’m here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible—with a bit of fun thrown in too. When I’m not working, you’ll find me loving on my dogs, horses and cat, cooking something delicious, or traveling to visit friends and family around the world.
