There is a saying, "I didn't grow up in the South, but I'm sure glad I got here as soon as I could!" Well, I couldn’t agree more. My husband, Jeff and I moved, along with our four children, from New Jersey to Cary in 2010. In all honesty, I wish we had made the move sooner. The entire Triangle area is an incredible place to live, so, it should come as no surprise that its real estate market is one of the hottest in the nation! Those of us who live in the Triangle, know that we are the home to North Carolina State University, University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and Duke University. This means more than just top-notch academics but exciting sporting events, too! My family enjoys attending the local university soccer and football games. North Carolina’s State University System is incredible and I'm proud to say that three out of four have attended in state universities. Our weather includes mild temperatures in the winter months but we still enjoy the change of seasons. This means our lives are centered around the outdoors so porches and sidewalks are common in most of our communities. My boys were able to participate outdoors in their club soccer programs, year-round and my girls competed in the local swim meets. As a family, we enjoy the greenways and tobacco trail that link our communities and provide miles of enjoyment for walkers, bikers and runners. I am a Villanova graduate with degrees in Biology and Psychology and a Masters in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann University. My career as a physical therapist has taught me the importance of hard work, communication, trustworthiness and integrity, which are necessary elements in the real estate profession. I am a creative individual at heart, with a love for interior design and a long time passion for restoring and refinishing antique furniture and vintage finds which I’ve developed into a business. Having rehabbed two older homes before moving into a brand spanking new home in the Triangle, I’ve developed a keen eye for the potential some homes hold, that not everyone may recognize. I look forward to helping you learn more about the Triangle and finding your new home!
