As Managing Partner and President, Terri is deeply focused on building a culture where support, success, and fun go hand in hand—and where every agent has the tools, leadership, and environment they need to grow a business and a life they love. From strategic coaching to cultivating a community of collaboration, Terri is all-in on agent success. Her leadership is hands-on, her vision is forward-thinking, and her commitment to building something bigger than a brokerage is what sets the tone across the region. After founding Coldwell Banker King in 2011, Terri merged her firm with Coldwell Banker Advantage in 2024 to join forces with the #1 Coldwell Banker affiliate in the nation. Today, she continues to champion the region’s top talent and grow the Western NC presence with intention and heart. A proud Asheville native with degrees from NC State and Western Carolina University, Terri is known for her energy, authenticity, and relentless drive to help others win.
