Due to a flourishing business, I have recently acquired a Team Realtor/Partner, Patti Turbyfill, my sister. Together we, as Certified Relocation Brokers, are assisting buyers/sellers throughout the USA. I have been a Realtor/Broker in the area for 23 plus years. Being raised by parents who owned a Building Supply, I suddenly found myself very knowledgeable in the construction realm. In High School I spent 4 years in advanced placement Architectural Drafting, I then found myself drawing house plans, in my later life. My Husband, at that time, was a NC Licensed General Contractor in NC. We began developing several small subdivisions, whereas we were designing the houses, building and then selling them.
