About Kim

I started in the real estate industry in Colorado Springs in 2015, I was new to the area and decided to make a career change and so my journey in real estate began! I have spent all my working life in the service industry in some capacity. Listening and hearing what people are saying, finding solutions for challenges, and ultimately having the skills to help my clients achieve their goals is my passion. I believe in being a lifelong learner so I have the ability to serve my client's needs. I moved to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi in 2021 and fell in love with the area and the people. I wanted to live near the beach but wasn't quite ready to give up real estate so I have continued to commuted to Colorado to assist my clients in buying and selling real estate. After moving a few families to the coast from Colorado I thought it was time to get my license here in Mississippi and continue my passion for helping families find their most personal assets- their home, where family memories are made. I believe in continuing education to better serve my clients and for this reason I earned my ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative- I enjoy the time spent with my clients and educating about the process of buying a home. I love working with first time home buyers! It is an exciting time in their lives and we Realtors have our own language, I am here to help decipher that for my clients! My family is full of Veterans and active-duty service members which brought me to earning my MRP - Military Relocation Professional designation. Our military moves frequently and the need to be able to understand that their buying situation might be different than that of a local. To be able to assist with that is paramount. My SRES- Senior Real Estate Specialist, educated me in the needs of seniors downsizing or “aging in place” and the understanding the different situations that come with that time of life. Being able to negotiate is the name of the game, for this reason I have earned my RENE- Real Estate Negotiating Expert as well as my CNE- Certified Negotiation Expert giving me the skill to help my clients get what they want! In 2022 I earned both my GRI- Graduate Realtor Institute (requiring 15 courses for completion) and my CRS- Certified Residential Specialists (requiring 30hrs of class time and to have sold 60+ transactions in Real Estate) I want to be the best I can be to represent you- to help you achieve your dreams!
