My specialty with Sellers is preparing them, and their home for sale. I take great pride in educating my sellers of the process that they are about to engage upon. I focus on preparing their home for sale. I inform them what improvements buyers are willing to pay for. I look for the impact their home will have on the market and I have them look at their home through the eyes of a buyer, an agent, and an appraiser. I often 'stage' their home for 'eye appeal' by bringing in additional decorating items to enhance the 'buy appeal'. I work closely with the seller during this time and attend and coordinate all the tasks that need to be done until we are at the end of the transaction and getting this family ON THE MOVE to their next home. I truly enjoy working with Buyers. Every family has different needs and it's a rewarding challenge to meet those needs. I try to ensure that their financial and emotional decisions in buying a home are met. I'm a very 'hands-on' agent and I provide lots of information and direction. I guide them through the maze of people who will be handling their process, helping them locate appropriate financing, title insurance, building inspectors, appraisers and any additional vendors if needed. There should be no surprises...just smooth, seamless transactions. My areas of expertise begin in St. Charles County and stretches to Warren, and Lincoln County. These areas include: The City of St. Charles, St. Peters, O'Fallon, Wentzville, Lake St. Louis, Warrenton, Defiance, Augusta, New Melle, Troy, Warrenton and Wright City.
