Jennifer & Jeannie . . . After graduating from Columbia College with a BS in Business Administration, Jennifer obtained her license and began her real estate career in 1995. She was named St Charles REALTORS’ 2006 & 2017 REALTOR of the Year, as well as Missouri REALTORS’ 2018 REALTOR Salesperson of the Year. In 2015, Jennifer was honored to be the first recipient of Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker Hwy 94's Service Award which recognized her for her continued service to her clients, fellow agents, the real estate industry & charitable organizations. Licensed in 1992, Jeannie was Gundaker’s Rookie of the Year in her first full year of selling real estate. In 2014, Jeannie joined an elite group of associates within her company when she became a member of Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker’s Hall of Fame. Jennifer has completed her At Home With Diversity and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource certifications, both offered by the NAR, preparing her to work effectively with and within diverse real estate markets, as well as working with distressed sellers. In addition, she is SMART Home Certified from Coldwell Banker Realty, trained to recognize SMART technology features that enhance a home’s performance.
