Jennifer Kruse My passion for real estate began in my early childhood, growing up in St. Charles City and watching my grandmother thrive in the industry. She was a trailblazer—becoming the first woman to serve as President of the St. Charles County Board of Realtors in 1975. Her legacy inspired me to pursue a career rooted in service, integrity, and excellence. I started my professional journey in the title industry, spending 10 years closing and funding loans. In 2008, I transitioned into the mortgage sector, where I spent the next 17 years gaining comprehensive experience across all facets of the business—from front-end operations to back-end processes. Fueled by a desire to make a more direct impact, I earned my real estate license and found my true calling. I now bring a unique blend of industry knowledge, expert negotiation skills, and a deep commitment to client advocacy to every transaction—ensuring you receive the highest level of service and professionalism during one of life’s most important investments.
