About Sue

Professional Background As an agent who's an expert in this local area, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. She began her career as a closing and marketing coordinator prior to obtaining her real estate license in 2001. She joined the Coldwell Banker Realty-Gundaker Corporate Centre Sales office in 2015 as the Agent Development Specialist, focused on developing new agents' skills and knowledge so that they will become successful and knowledgeable. During 2017, Sue joined The Renaud Team as a Buyer Specialist, working exclusively with buyers and earning the national Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. Since early 2023, Sue is now working as an independent Realtor, earning the national Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation. As a real estate professional, Sue always works to provide the level of service and guidance every client deserves, and continues to embody the Renaud Team values of honesty, integrity and service.
