John and Shah Smith are licensed Missouri agents and REALTORS in affiliation with Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker. We work with residential real estate buyers and sellers at any stage including “Just Thinking...” throughout the greater metropolitan St. Louis/St. Charles area, with special emphasis on Maryland Heights and surrounding areas. Both are founding members of the Missouri LGBTQ Real Estate Alliance and John has completed training as an Ally. Shah is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS). She is serving her second term as a member of the Board of Directors for the Missouri Realtors Association. John is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), At Home With Diversity (AHWD) , and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). . He is a member of the Missouri REALTORS Professional Standards Committee and will serve as the vice chair of the St. Louis REALTORS Inclusion Advisory Committee in 2024.
