John and Shah Smith are licensed Missouri agents and REALTORS in affiliation with Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker. We work with residential real estate buyers and sellers at any stage including "Just Thinking..." throughout the greater metropolitan St. Louis/St. Charles area, with special emphasis on Maryland Heights and surrounding areas. We live in the Autumn Lakes subdivision in Maryland Heights, but have helped people buy and sell throughout the metro area from St. Peters to St. Louis City. Home Is Where The Heart Is ... Both are founding members of the Missouri LGBTQ Real Estate Alliance. Shah is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS). She is serving her second term as a member of the Board of Directors for the Missouri Realtors Association. John is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), e-Pro, At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certified, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). He serves on the Missouri REALTORS Risk Management, Residential Forms, and Grievance Committees.
