About Neil

Hello! My name’s Neil Thomas II, I’m 26 years old and currently working full-time as a realtor—a career I fully stepped into in December of last year. I grew up between St. Charles County and Rockford, Illinois, where I went to high school, and moved back to the area in 2019. Since then, it’s been home for me and my growing family. I studied marketing at Madison College and Lincoln University, which gave me a strong foundation for what I do today—helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence and clarity. I take pride in being committed, hardworking, and always putting my clients first. An expansive history of sales experience also contributes to a broad skill set that I bring to every transaction. Outside of real estate, life is full in the best way. I got married in 2024 to my incredible wife, who’s not only a talented hairstylist but also the best wife and mother I could ever ask for. We have two amazing kids, ages 3 and 1, who keep us laughing, learning, and constantly moving. I also coach a 15U travel baseball team and can’t wait to get into the swing of summer ball with the team. Whether I’m at home, on the field, or working with clients, I believe in showing up, giving 100%, and building lasting relationships along the way.
