Service Areas and Specialties I can help with anything from property with rehab potential to palaces on the Mighty Mississippi.Specialty areas include Crestwood, Webster Groves, Glendale, Brentwood, Kirkwood, Affton, Oakville, Oakland and South St. Louis City. I am sympathetic to first time buyers/sellers and enjoy helping them through the complex realty process but have the experience and capability of working with the more sophisticated buyers and sellers. Those who are computer literate will especially enjoy doing business with me. Professional Experience I have twenty plus years in the real estate industry both in investing and in sales. Along with real estate I have twenty years experience in the insurance industry and can help in that area as well. I am a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I am constantly continuing my education to keep me abreast of market trends and license law. Professional Education and Designations I have all four Insurance licenses and a CPCU designation. Personal I am a past member of the St. Louis Cosmopolitan Singers. Currently I am with the St. Louis Metro Singers. I am also a longtime member of St. John Paul II parish, formerly St George.
