Jim Vatterott is the leader of The Jim Vatterott Team at Coldwell Banker Realty-Gundaker and a real estate professional with over 3 decades of experience and a multi-million dollar producer with the #1 Residential Brokerage in the St. Louis area. Jim is a Broker-Salesperson and is also a State Certified Residential Appraiser with a long background in the valuation of residential property throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan performing thousands of residential appraisals since 1988 for banks, mortgage companies, AMC's, attorneys, Employee Relocation Companies and individuals. Jim also has experience with several development and construction projects, both as an agent and primary investor and served on the Planning and Zoning Commission as well as the Board of Adjustment in the city of Warson Woods. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a bachelor's degree in Economics. He lives in Kirkwood, MO, and has also lived in Warson Woods, MO and Glendale, MO. He is the proud father of three sons and is a trustee on a family foundation started by two of his late uncles. (The Vatterott Foundation.)
