About Chris

Chris Martin has been a resident of the Jefferson County, Missouri area for 36 years. Her children and four grandchildren, who lovingly call her "Gaga," also reside in Jefferson County. Chris embarked on her real estate journey in March of 2019 and quickly made a name for herself by winning Rookie of the Year among all St. Louis Coldwell Banker Realty-Gundaker agents in 2019, despite initially working part-time. After dedicating 15 years of service to the Windsor C1 School District, Chris retired in June 2023 to focus entirely on her flourishing real estate career, which earned her the prestigious International President's Circle recognition in 2023. In addition to her success in Missouri, Chris is a licensed real estate agent in Alabama, specializing in assisting beach lovers in finding their dream vacation homes along the coast.
