Professional Experience For the past 25 years Sanford has owned a Manufacturer's Representation Agency that specialized in New Construction products and business development. This pairs perfectly with his personal experience buying and selling homes & property. Sanford has also worked with developers, building owners, and architects on specifications and in addition has worked with clients/tenants on acquiring office/warehouse space. All of this sets the stage for his next chapter in Real Estate. Professional Education and Designations Licensed Real Estate Professional MAR NAR SLAR Personal Sanford has been a life long resident of the Chesterfield area since he bought his first home/acreage in 1982 on Wild Horse Creek Road. He has since continued building his presence by continuing to reside in and participate in the area he calls Home. Sanford graduated Concordia University, WI with a BA in Business Management and Communications. He is always striving to advance his education through his business opportunities and projects.
