Joyce has been a residential Realtor® for over thirteen years. She specializes in giving her clients, both sellers and buyers, personalized professional service. With Joyce's knowledge of real estate and negotiating skills, the end result is a smoother transaction for her clients. Joyce works with her clients as a "team" to ensure they achieve their goals! Any move, whether within a metropolitan area or across the country, can be very stressful. Joyce always strives to alleviate those anxious feelings and makes the selling or home-buying experience as stress-free as possible. Joyce has assisted a number of sellers and buyers with the downsizing process and she also has assisted both experienced and first-time home buyers, in every case providing her clients with the expert support they need to arrive at a successful closing.
