I have had a passion for residential real estate for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I liked going to open houses and dreaming about the life I would have in each home. I loved thinking about where I would put furniture and changes I'd make to the floor plans or design. Given my history, it isn't surprising that I would start a career in real estate. In 2002, I formed Monarch Properties. My company focused on transforming homes that needed some TLC into beautiful places people wanted to buy. Over several years I renovated, built and sold many homes in the St. Louis area. In 2014, I moved into residential real estate sales. It has been a great privilege to help clients buy and sell their homes. I consider myself lucky to get to do a job I truly love.
