A St. Louis native, Andy began his career in the hospitality industry, quickly rising through the ranks to become one of the youngest Sous Chefs in the area and ultimately an opening General Manager for a brand‑new PF Chang’s location. His background in hospitality shaped his passion for service, leadership, and team culture — qualities that continue to define his management approach today. In 2011, Andy transitioned into real estate, where he quickly established himself as a top producer. With more than a decade of experience, hundreds of properties sold, and multi‑millions in closed volume, Andy joined Coldwell Banker Realty – Gundaker in 2020 as an Assistant Manager. His results‑driven mindset, coaching strengths, and talent for elevating agents earned him a promotion to Branch Manager of the Chesterfield – West Regional Office in 2021.
