I truly have a passion for helping people and I believe you will enjoy working with me. I am a people person in a people business. Commitment and communication are vital. I am committed to finding your new home or selling your existing house. My communication will be timely and transparent. For over 25 years, I was in banking as a Consumer and Mortgage Lender as well as a Personal Banking Manager at two local banks. Changing careers from helping people with their lending needs to helping people buy and sell homes is perfect for both of us! My philosophy has always been to help people to have a better quality of life, and, as a realtor, what better way to complete the circle by helping you find that perfect home. As a result of my banking connections, I have been fortunate to represent many of my former colleagues in home-buying and home-selling transactions of their own. BUYERS : With my background, I will walk you through the process from getting pre-qualified with a local lender to finding that special home that fits you and your lifestyle! As you take the time to look for homes for sale in the Winona, MN area, I am available and can assist you with any real estate. SELLERS : Pricing your house accurately in our ever-changing market is important. I will work with you to price your house competitively, looking at recent sales as well as real estate currently on the market. Being certified in home staging, I will also help prepare your home for sale. My goal is to sell your house as quickly as possible--and at the best price! I am proud to call Winona HOME. Besides listing, selling, and staging homes, you might see me at the YMCA or Iron Bluff Fitness - as I love teaching fitness classes. It is important for us to keep both our mind and body fit and active. In my spare time, my husband and I enjoy traveling. I have been involved in many community events and have volunteered with Habitat for Humanity as a Board Member in the past, and currently serve on the Family Selection Committee. This is challenging but very fulfilling as you see the progression from lumber being built - into a home for a family. I have also served on the Allocations Committee of United Way, and assist with fundraising for Home and Community Options, and am active at St. Martins Lutheran Church here in Winona.
