Business Philosophy As I reflect on approaching 40 years in the industry, I am stricken with gratitude towards all the good people I have met along the way. I have had some amazing mentors, partners, associates, and leaders. I thank each and everyone of them. I have had experience in helping buyers find their first home, luxury clients sell elite properties, investors sell and lease their properties, and my true love, helping clients find their lakeshore dream. I have personally served over a 1000 clients in the industry, both residential and commercially, and managed 1000's of clients and over $10 billions in sales. To all the developments I was involved in from agent development, to residential housing developments, to commercial building developments, to strategic company growth development, my experiences were all enhanced by the wonderfully good people, clients, and agents I worked with along the way! I am beyond thrilled to have recruited over 500 agents to this company and industry over my tenor as a leader, and many are still thriving today in this industry. I am thrilled to have expanded our companies geographical reach, by convincing my leaders to expand into Duluth and Wisconsin. I thank them for trusting me this venture as the reward as been more than just financial, as it was instrumental in Coldwell Banker achieving #1 market share just recently for the first time in over 25 years. Not surprising, as we joined forces with some of the best people in the industry from Ashland to Hudson, and back to Duluth and all the surrounding areas. Through my years here as an agent, a leader and the 14 offices, agents, staff, and a circumference of over 300 miles of territory I helped manage, it was totally impossible if it were not for incredibly good people in our company. I have said for years "we do great things with good people", and it couldn't be more true than it has been for those offices and good people. And on that note, I have undertaken a new challenge that will help us dominate Lakeshore and Commercial property in MN WI. By leveraging our dominance in Global Luxury market share with my extensive experience and reach in Lakeshore & Commercial properties, we are setting out to dominate those intertwined markets, building a team that will be dedicated to helping clients find their dream properties. Our team soon will be the source for lakeshore & commercial properties. Look for more information to come. I will continue to guide our Commercial Coalition Team as well, as that was, and is, my first initiative to build a network that serves our clients needs. I am happy to report that this year the Commercial Coalition team will exceed $1M in GCI after I started it just 5 years ago.
