About Jody

My real-estate career started in 2006 and has taken me to many different industries over the years. I have worked with Real-Estate Investors, as well as in Property/Leasing Management and as a Construction Manager. Working in the remodel and swimming pool industries, my construction knowledge and business education give me a unique edge on the competition. I enjoy finding people homes and have placed hundreds of families in homes of all different economic backgrounds via lease and purchase. I've loved real estate since I was a child; taking home the Free Real estate listing magazines from the grocery store every Sunday. I have literally been watching the market since I was 6 years old. Bless my mother's heart for taking me to every parade of home & open model-home we passed. I've bought, rented and sold my own home as well and understand all the stresses that come with it. Experienced life, been divorced, lost loved ones and had kids grow up. I do my best every day to help others through these tough times and find a safe place to relax, recover and enjoy life again.
