About Chris

The Chris Cullen Real Estate Group, led by Chris Cullen, is built on a foundation of integrity, experience, and a genuine commitment to serving others. Chris believes every client deserves personal attention, clear communication, and a thoughtful approach tailored to their unique buying or selling goals. Chris’ path to real estate began with a strong desire to help people while building an independent entrepreneurial career. After ten years in the corporate world, he made the decision to pursue real estate, first gaining experience in rentals before quickly transitioning into buying and selling. He became actively licensed in 2017 and, through relentless work ethic and a passion for client service, quickly established himself as one of the top agents in the Brainerd Lakes Area. That same drive led Chris to become a broker with Coldwell Banker and ultimately build the Chris Cullen Real Estate Group. Today, the group has grown into a 12-member team, including nine agents, a marketing agent, a sign and marketing specialist, and a full-time administrator. This strong support system allows Chris and his team to provide clients with knowledgeable guidance, effective marketing, responsive communication, and dedicated service from start to finish. Outside of real estate, Chris is a devoted husband, father, outdoorsman, fisherman, and hunter. He and his wife, Shannon, have two children, Cecelia and Bennet, who enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing and trap shooting alongside the family’s British Lab, Holly. When their busy entrepreneurial schedules allow, Chris and Shannon enjoy traveling to the sunny beaches of Florida.
