About Chris

The Chris Cullen Real Estate Group, led by Chris Cullen, is built upon the ideals of integrity, experience, and selflessness. Chris believes each client deserves individualized attention to achieve their home buying or selling needs. A strong desire to help others and become an independent entrepreneur led Chris to leave his ten-year corporate career path to pursue real estate. His start began in rentals and moved quickly into buying and selling, leading him to obtain active licensure in 2017. Chris worked relentlessly in the early months of his career, making a few impressive sales. This work ethic and passion for helping others soon elevated him to become one of the top agents in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Chris' unbridled work ethic allowed him to become a broker through Coldwell Banker a short time later and pursue the creation of his own real estate group. Twenty years of accumulated experience later, Chris Cullen Real Estate Group is a threemember team with full-time administrative assistance. Chris is an avid family man, fisherman, and hunter. Chris and his wife, Shannon, have two children, Cecelia and Bennet, who enjoy outdoor activities like fishing and trap shooting alongside their British Lab, Holly. When their busy entrepreneurial schedules allow it, Shannon and Chris travel to the sunny beaches of Florida.
