About Janel

Janel Orth came to Coldwell Banker Burnet as part of a father/daughter team. She brought with her a degree in Marketing Communications and years of experience in customer service. Teaming with her father, Reg Orth, who's been a CBB agent for nearly three decades, they offer the perfect combination of up to date technology and marketing knowledge along with the wisdom that only experience can provide. It's the best of the new school and the old school- combined! Janel understands just how important communication is in every interaction and is a very detailed listener. Knowing that buying a home can bring stress as well as excitement, Janel got into this business to help maintain that excitement for her clients all the way through closing-until you have the keys in your hand! You can rest easy knowing for sure that she'll do everything she can to make the home buying process as smooth (and as fun!) as possible. In her spare time, Janel is enthusiastic about many outdoor hobbies including beekeeping, kayaking, gardening and spending time with her friends and family, which includes her two dogs. She is passionate about the conservation and stewardship of the Earth and strongly believes in the power of pure kindness and honesty.
