Rowena, affectionately known as "Row," is a proud Washingtonian, dedicated Realtor, Terp, wife, and mom, celebrating 20 successful years in real estate. Additionally, she was named an Elite Producer by Washington Magazine in July 2024. Row is a passionate advocate for the DC, MD, and VA communities, eager to share her local knowledge and experiences. As a University of Maryland alumna with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Economics and Business, she is an avid sports fan, particularly of football, basketball, golf, and lacrosse. Outside of her professional life, Row enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and three sons. She is fluent in English and Tagalog.
