With over 25 years of leadership experience in the real estate industry, Gary Cuff brings a depth of experience, strategic insight, and a passion for developing high-performing agents and teams. Before joining Coldwell Banker Realty, Gary spent nearly a decade managing one of Long & Foster's flagship offices in the Northern Virginia/DC metro area, where he was widely recognized for building collaborative, growth-focused, and compliance-driven cultures. Prior to that, he founded and led his own boutique brokerage, Cuff & Company Realtors, where he applied his entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to personalized service. Earlier in his career, Gary served as Regional Director for Realty Executives Mid-Atlantic, overseeing 13 offices and driving strategic growth across the region. Gary is a certified Buffini & Company Mentor and a Lifetime Diamond Club Member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors®.
