Hi, I'm Mary Davis! I’m a Realtor® who believes a home is more than walls and a roof, it’s where memories are made and stories begin. My goal is to help you find a place that feels like yours, whether it’s a first home, a forever home, or the next chapter in between. Before becoming a licensed Realtor®, I worked in communications and marketing at the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors® & the Harford County Association of Realtors® where I learned the ins and outs of the real estate industry as well as how to connect and share in meaningful ways. Those same skills now guide how I serve my clients, by truly understanding your needs, advocating for your best interests, and making the buying or selling process as smooth and stress free as possible. I love showcasing homes through creative marketing, from photography and video to social media and community outreach, ensuring each listing gets the attention it deserves. I value the relationships built along the way and the trust my clients place in me! Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me behind a camera, planning a trip, or enjoying time with family and friends.
