Not only that, as soon as an offer has been accepted, other parties come into play; inspectors, attorneys, lenders, appraisers, home associations, even fire departments. It is key for me, as your agent, to be on top of all of these moving parts, communicate with you at every step, and make sure that the process keeps moving smoothly.
