Looking for an investment or your first home? With some TLC, this property would be an excellent asset. The square footage may say 1176, but this home feels bigger. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a living room, and a large family room. The kitchen is spacious and it also offers a separate laundry room. The one car carport offers quick access to the laundry room and kitchen. An additional storage shed on site makes this home the perfect set up for a rental or first timer. Yes, this property needs updates, but it is a good sound property that just needs some love to be made into an amazing home.
