Welcome to 1239 Forest Drive. This wonderful, renovated Cape Cod is situated on over an acre lot in the Wiggington Estate neighborhood located in between Newburg and Okolona. Heading inside, into the living room, you will immediately notice the brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring that is throughout most of the main level. The living room is highlighted by a brick fireplace and has tons of natural light. Behind the living room is a large formal dining room. Continuing past the staircase brings you into the gorgeous, all new kitchen. The kitchen offers all white shaker style cabinetry, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and the laundry area. The short hallway off the living room leads to the primary bedroom and full bath. The primary bedroom is spacious and has a large closet. Head upstairs and you will find two more good sized bedrooms. Brand new carpet is in all bedrooms. Head out back and you will find yourself on a nice, covered deck that overlooks an enormous yard. Additional updates include: new roof, new vinyl siding, and fresh paint throughout. Schedule a showing today!
