With over 20 years in the real estate business, I bring experience, knowledge, strategy and heart to my clients. Being a Realtor® isn’t just my career, it is my passion! I know buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make and every client matters. My approach is simple: know the market, protect my clients, and communicate clearly every step of the way. I study the market daily, so my clients can trust that working with me gives them a knowledgeable ally in what can be a scary market. Buyers come to me for guidance when it’s time to look for a lender referral, make a strong informed offer, negotiating repairs and getting to the closing table. Sellers rely on my pricing strategy, home preparation advice, and array of licensed experts to position their home for maximum return. Once my buyers and sellers are under contract I stay laser focused on keeping their best interest at the forefront all the way to the closing table! I am their advocate! My promise to my clients is to go the extra mile because average isn’t good enough for me when I am helping with what is most times their biggest investment. I love living in Kentucky. I am married to a wonderful man, and we have four beautiful children. I am active in my community, and I enjoy volunteering for projects that improve where we live. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, boating and traveling. But at the end of the day, it is always great coming home to Kentucky! The greatest place on earth!
