About Monica

We have been together since 2014, and recently got married on October 29, 2022. We have three children, two girls and one boy. Chris has been in Topeka nearly his whole life, and I have been here since 2012. We love our community, and decided to start a business to help make Topeka a better place. We created Living the Dream Home Sales and Rentals LLC in 2018, and have been busy every since. We have rehabbed homes, purchased homes for rentals, and have opened our first Air BNB November, 2022. Today, we are living our own dream. Not only are we husband and wife, but we are partners in Real Estate as well. Chris and I are full time agents with Coldwell Banker American Home, and are building our Living the Dream Real Estate Team.
