This expired Conservation Reservation Reserve program tract has many options for a new owner. With recent summer rainfall the native grass habitat is in prime condition for either grazing cattle or hunting pheasants and quail. The property currently has an offer for 140.08 acres of native grass to be re-enrolled into a 10-year CRP contract at a rental rate of $48.29 per acre for a potential annual income of $6,764.00 through 9/30/2033. If closing on the property occurs after the October 1st CRP start date, the contract and future payments will be transferred to the new owner.
