This quarter section lays in one of the best areas in northeast Kansas for trophy deer hunting and has been well managed over the years for wildlife habitat and conservation. Currently enrolled in the CRP program until October of 2027, this farm could be put back into production once the CRP lease expires. In addition to the guaranteed government set aside payment, it has an extended lease with Nextera for buried transmission lines in the southwest corner of the farm.
