About Raad

Raad Eshoo has been a Real Estate Broker for almost a decade. Raad’s main concern has always been the happiness and stability of his clients, many of whom are going through life transitions. His philosophy is that one-size-doesn’t fit all and each client has different needs at different stages of life considering the ever-changing market conditions. People don’t like to be sold; they like to have their wants and needs fulfilled. Raad is bilingual, fluent in Assyrian and English, and can provide resources in specialized industries that also speak Assyrian. With a background in banking, Raad has relationships with many lending institutions that allow him to facilitate transactions with all types of borrowers including those who are self-employed, salaried and even the savvy investor. Raad works with his clients across Chicagoland and the Suburbs of Chicago (including Arlington Heights, Glenview, Skokie, Morton Grove, Winnetka) with a focus on buyers, sellers, renters, investors, first time home buyers and empty nesters. He chose to join Coldwell Banker Realty because his technological love aligns with that of Coldwell Banker which provides his clients world-class marketing (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google), access to a large network of buyers and sellers and data driven tools which provide efficiency along to buying and selling journey. Raad Eshoo graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a focus in Business Management. He is a happily married father of 3 living in the Arlington Heights area! He loves to coach baseball, basketball, and football through the Arlington Heights Youth Associations. This time allows him to build deep relationships with his kids and also with the community.
