Business Philosophy Dorina started her Real Estate career after becoming a real estate investor. Going through the experience of buying and selling several properties, she understands the emotions and frustrations involved in such processes. This is why Dorina puts all her effort and knowledge in making those enjoyable and stress free experiences for her clients. Areas of Expertise Dorina and her family have lived in Northbrook for the last 15 years. Before that, she lived in Morton Grove for 12 years. Dorina specializes in Morton Grove and Northbrook, as well as Skokie, Glenview, Niles, Winnetka, Wilmette and Deerfield. She does not limit herself to these areas, as she had transactions in Des Plaines, Mount Prospect and Lincolnwood. Prior to becoming a Real Estate broker, Dorina and her family built and sold high end constructions in Glenview and Northbrook. Dorina was involved in obtaining construction loans, hiring the subcontractors, scheduling and attending the inspections, all throughout the construction period. She was also reporting to Title Company construction progress before each payment as well as obtaining the occupancy permit. This knowledge will definitely benefit her clients. Personal Background Dorina was born and raised in Romania, immigrating to the United States in 1982. She obtained her Master Degree from De Paul University in 1985 and worked for a major insurance company as a computer programmer. However, her passion was always Real Estate, so she and her family got involved in construction, remodeling and Real Estate investments.
