Specializing in negotiation, staging, relocation, and new developments, Paula Avenaim was a key player on the team handling Gateway, a $55M development in Northbrook. Her career began at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in a top clearing firm, sharpening her communication, patience, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Residing on the North Shore for over 25 years, Paula is a localized market expert across Deerfield, Riverwoods, Highland Park, Northbrook, Lake Forest, Lincolnshire, Buffalo Grove, Glencoe, Wilmette, Long Grove, Skokie, Rogers Park, Lincolnwood, and Chicago.
