About Denise

Often dubbed "the hardest working person in the room," Denise built a diverse professional history in real estate, marketing, and project management. Denise began her professional career with Grubb Ellis Company (now Newmark Grubb Knight Frank), a nationally renowned commercial real estate firm based in Chicago, which she credits with inspiring a lifelong passion for the industry. Denise founded her own consulting company, Balcarcel Brand Management, LLC in 2012, designed to help real estate and other independent professionals define and engage target markets by creating effective marketing strategies. Denise completed her undergraduate education and earned a BA "with honors" in Interdisciplinary Studies from Governors State University in 2002. Denise holds an active Illinois Real Estate Broker's License and earned certification in Social Media Marketing from Northwestern University. Denise proudly partnered with Top Producer Linda K. Martin to offer luxury, white-glove real estate service for buyers, sellers, and investors at every level.
