Denise Balcarcel brings a multi-dimensional background in real estate, marketing, and project execution, shaped by decades of hands-on experience across both commercial and residential environments. She began her career with Grubb Ellis Company (now Newmark), where she developed a strong foundation in the real estate industry and a lasting appreciation for the complexity behind successful transactions. Over time, Denise’s work expanded to include marketing strategy and operational support for independent professionals, leading to the launch of her own firm in 2012. Her approach has always been grounded in practical execution and thoughtful positioning—helping clients present themselves clearly and engage effectively in the marketplace. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Interdisciplinary Studies from Governors State University and has completed additional certification in social media marketing through Northwestern University. Today, Denise partners with Linda K. Martin, a respected North Shore Luxury Specialist, supporting a relationship-driven approach to real estate for buyers, sellers, and investors.
