Jeff has been a resident of Champaign County since 1986 when he started his undergraduate education as a student/athlete at the University of Illinois. Their combined knowledge of the trends and statistics in the local real estate market along with their advanced marketing system allows them to provide the needed counseling and guidance that today's consumers.need and expect. Jeff earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration / Marketing from the College of Commerce. Jeff has worked in the field of residential real estate since 1992 as a mortgage lender (19921997), top selling agent (1997-present) and also as a real estate executive for oneof the industry's largest firms. He was responsible for recruiting, training and coaching real estate agents throughout central Illinois while also overseeing many of the company's operations and technologies (2002-2010).Jeff is very excited to partner with his wife, Laura, to lead "Team Finke" at Coldwell Banker The Real Estae Group where they work with home buyers and sellers throughout central Illinois while working out of their office in Champaign. Laura and Jeff are a dynamic team and have found that their individual strengths combine to create an experience that leaves their clients referring them to others̍3/4 the ultimate compliment in this industry. With exceptional listening skills to hear their clients' desires, they work with enthusiasm, energy and organization to provide an experience worthy of the clients they serve. As he attended the University of Illinois from 1986-1990,Jeff earned four varsity letters while competing as a scholarship student/athlete in basketball and football.
