I bring my clients over 30 years of advertising and marketing experience and over 18 years experience in Chicago Real Estate. I have extensive knowledge of over 70 zip codes throughout Cook, Lake, DuPage, and McHenry Counties! My clients become friends and neighbors, and my friends and neighbors become clients. I’m so grateful to guide so many people through the process of selling and finding their dream home. I feel my background in Marketing/Advertising has played a significant role in my clients’ success in working with me. I hold a degree in Advertising from The Ohio State University then worked for many years for ad agencies then as a Marketing and Promotion Director for radio stations for over 12 years. I worked in the Cleveland/Akron markets, then Detroit and on to Chicago in 1997. It was thrilling to be a part of the 6 th and final Bulls season at AM1000, and also a part of iconic radio stations like 103.5 ROCK FM/KISS FM, and also 93.9 LITE FM. It was a ton of fun producing concerts, ad campaigns and launching new morning shows, music formats and “branding the station.” All these experiences are why I know how to stage, brand and promote a home. I also know how to crunch the numbers and provide my buyers with a lot of intel on where market values are past, present and look a bit into the future. I feel customer service is an absolute top priority, and typically respond to calls, emails or texts within an hour. When awarded a new listing, or the honor of representing a purchase, my clients always know as much as I do. I provide detailed, thorough reports on market conditions/changes, comparable properties and provide smart recommendations for how to buy or sell real estate in our current economy. I love guiding my clients through the most important financial decision of their lives. I take that responsibility seriously and work hard to make the experience enjoyable...and FUN! On a personal level, I live in Vernon Hills with my husband of 25 years. We previously lived in Bucktown and North Park. We are fortunate to have 3 wonderful daughters. Our oldest is a Senior at Loyola University Chicago and majoring in Advertising…the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree apparently! Our middle daughter is a Sophomore in the Business School at University of Wisconsin-Madison. And our youngest is graduating from Vernon Hills High school and will attend University of Indiana Kelley School of Business in the Fall. Oh, I better not forget to mention our darling dog Bear.. a personality-plus Chocolate Lab. When I’m not making “dream homes come true” I love to cook, sit by a fire and chill with our family. I love to be outside. Doesn’t matter how hot or cold. I love walking, hiking and biking. Sleet, rain or snow will not ever stop me from showing homes!!
