The main house is the primary family/owner residence w/ 1 primary bed, 1 guest, 1.5 baths, laundry, formal dining, kitchen, living area & entry-level game room. Connected is a 3 bed guest area w/ 2 baths, framework for a kitchen area, upper eating nook, entry-level sitting/TV area. A 2-level wraparound deck connects the living spaces to the outdoors, while an upper platform west of the house provides a picnic area.
