These 48 ACRES are split roughly in half between open dry agricultural pasture and wooded hillside. Roughly a half mile off dirt road access the property is not currently winter accessible though plowing could make it so with a backhoe etc GREAT LOCATION- just 15 mins from Idaho Falls!! There is a campsite with views of the property as well as over to the Tetons on a clear day. Campsite consists of two yurts, and a shed and established fire pit. At the front of the property there is also a shipping container with a barn built off the side of it. (This is in the process of being removed but is a good landmark)
