The open floor plan gives the house a sense of spaciousness. The house has two bedrooms but could easily use existing rooms for more bedroom use. There is an outside deck to enjoy the beautiful mornings and evenings. A public dock and boat ramp are just down the hill from the property. Three marinas are also nearby plus multiple restaurants to dine at. Boat and enjoy the 112 miles of Lake Pend Oreille shoreline. Thousands of acres of U.S. Forest Service land are a very short distance away to hike, hunt or off-road vehicle on. Hope has always been a a popular place to live because of the southern exposure, milder winters and the natural beauty of the area.
