Education Searle was born on the island of Oahu and raised in Pearl City. He graduated with his diploma from Pearl City High School in 1998. Shortly thereafter, Searle attended Kamehameha School’s Hawaii Technology Institute in Downtown Honolulu where he was certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist. He has also completed courses at Honolulu Community College, where he studied building and construction. Personal Background Before his career in Real Estate, Searle worked as a lead carpenter in the Hawaii Carpenter’s Union. In 2009, he started a successful business in custom-design furniture and home remodeling; which earned him an invitation to the HFIA’s Wood Show, held at the Honolulu Academy of Arts.
